Hair loss is far more common than most people realise.
Hair Loss can be hereditary/medical or caused by hair treatments such as hair braiding. You may have total baldness/patches or scars on your scalp that you would like to cover.
The impact is often a psychical one as well as physical.
If any of the above sounds like you, the good news is I can help. Every day, I help people suffering from the stigma attached to hair loss/alopecia to find a permanent solution that really works.
Choosing the right SMP artist is crucial in order to achieve long-lasting results. John is a highly experienced, fully qualified and insured scalp micropigmentation practitioner who has made a name for himself as one of London’s leading independent SMP specialists. John has helped many men regain their confidence and works with patients in and around London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Scalp and hairline tattooing is an affordable, non-surgical, hassle-free alternative to a hair transplant. The method involved in micropigmentation is non-invasive whereas hair transplants can often result in infection and cause long-term scarring. SMP works to create the illusion of a thicker looking hairline and disguise hair loss including from balding and alopecia. This cosmetic treatment is safe and effective for all men who are keen to resolve their hair loss issues.
Otherwise known as SMP, Scalp Micro Pigmentation is a revolutionary type of hairline tattoo, used as a cost-effective, modern hair loss solution.
Using advanced techniques, scalp micropigmentation works to restore the appearance of the scalp or thinning hairline, by adding density to the area. This makes it an ideal cosmetic treatment for bold spots and receding hairlines.
SMP produces natural looking, realistic results. It is rapidly gaining in popularity, because few other treatments are as long-lasting or cost effective.
Scalp Micro Pigmentation is suitable for all ages and skin colours, regardless of the amount of hair-loss. It is a non-invasive procedure which doesn't leave any scars - in fact it can hide existing scars and even conditions such as Alopecia.

All treatments are carried out at our clinic in London. The clinic is easily accessible for those based across London as well as Essex, Hertfordshire and surroundings areas.
The micropigmentation procedure involves placing natural pigments into the epidermal layer of your scalp, using a specialist three-needle cartridge, to replicate the look of hair strands and follicles.
At Scalp Perfectionist, our clients are assured of a personal and professional treatment in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
The first step is a free consultation, where you will meet John Isolda, a fully qualified and accredited SMP practitioner. He will discuss the procedure with you, answer any questions you may have and make sure that SMP is the right solution for you. Together, you will discuss the various options available, and the specific details of how your hairline should naturally look and how this will be achieved.
The actual treatment takes place over the course of three appointments.
First Appointment
We create your hairline and the first fill is applied. This generally takes 3 to 4 hours.
Second Appointment
After about 2 weeks, we get you back for the second appointment, where we concentrate on fill and texture. This typically takes between 2 and 4 hours.
Third Appointment
After a break of 2 to 3 weeks, the third appointment is used to perfect your look. This will take between 1 and 4 hours.
You should experience little or no pain during the treatment. After the treatment your scalp will have a little redness which will clear up naturally in a couple of days.
Results are immediate, even after the first treatment, and will last forever with the correct care.
